Version 5 upgrade - "We’ve had an EXCELLENT experience!
Though the version had a major upgrade, the new forms terminology pretty much stayed the same, which allows users the ease of navigation. We also did not loose any data during the transition of the backbone of the application.
This was one of the smoothest software (large version changes) upgrades I have ever experienced in my many years in the “private sector†of dealing with application upgrades, both on the front end and back end.
Right now, all is running nice and smooth without any existing issues, and the users actually said “we like V5â€.
